2. Website Data

No forms, accounts or marketing databases

The website does not currently provide user registration, personal accounts, online purchasing, contact forms, newsletter subscriptions, comment areas or file-upload functions.

Phono Analytica does not intentionally collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, payment details or other personal information merely because a visitor views the public pages of the website.

No personal data obtained through the website are sold, rented or used to build marketing profiles.

3. Technical Logs

Data required to deliver and protect the website

Like any website, the hosting and network infrastructure may automatically process limited technical information necessary to establish the connection, deliver the requested page, maintain security and diagnose technical problems.

This information may include the IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, browser or device information, HTTP response code and similar connection data. Such information is not used by Phono Analytica for advertising or visitor profiling.

The website is hosted using Aruba services. Technical logs and security information may therefore also be processed by the hosting provider in accordance with its contractual, security and legal obligations.

4. Email Communications

Information sent voluntarily by the user

The website itself does not store email messages. Selecting an email link opens the visitor’s own email application or service.

When a person voluntarily sends an email to Phono Analytica, the sender’s email address, message content and any information included in the communication are processed only to read, evaluate and respond to the request, or to manage any resulting professional or contractual relationship.

Email addresses are not added to newsletters, advertising lists, customer-profiling systems or marketing databases. Messages are not retained for longer than reasonably necessary for the relevant communication, except where retention is required for legal, contractual, accounting or dispute-management purposes.

5. Cookies and Tracking

No analytics, advertising or profiling cookies

At the date of this Policy, Phono Analytica does not intentionally use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, profiling cookies, social-media tracking pixels, fingerprinting technologies or comparable tools designed to monitor visitors across websites.

The public pages are configured not to place optional cookies on the visitor’s device. Strictly necessary temporary technical identifiers may nevertheless be generated by the hosting, security or WordPress infrastructure where required to provide or protect the website. Any such identifiers are used only for essential technical or security purposes and not for advertising or profiling.

Because no optional tracking technologies are intentionally used, the website does not request consent for analytics, advertising or profiling cookies.

6. Purposes and Legal Bases

Why limited data may be processed

  • providing, maintaining and securing the website, based on the legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional online service;
  • responding to enquiries and taking steps requested before entering into a contract;
  • performing any contract or professional relationship requested by the user;
  • complying with applicable legal, accounting or regulatory obligations;
  • establishing, exercising or defending legal claims where necessary.

Phono Analytica does not use automated decision-making or profiling in relation to website visitors or email correspondents.

7. Recipients and Service Providers

Who may process the information

Limited personal data may be accessible only where necessary to technical service providers used to operate the website and email service, including the hosting provider, or to professional advisers and public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

These parties process information only within the scope of the service they provide or their applicable legal obligations. Phono Analytica does not disclose personal data to data brokers, advertisers or marketing networks.

8. Retention

Data are kept only for as long as necessary

Technical logs are retained according to the operational, security and legal retention periods applied by the hosting infrastructure.
